What is the return policy?

What are the shipping options?

We offer standard shipping for $5 or priority shipping for $12. All orders over $50 receive FREE shipping!

When will I receive my order?

We generally ship out within 2 business days from the day your order is placed. However, during the holidays you may experience a longer lead time.

What do I do if I never received my order?

First, please check your tracking number on the USPS website. If your order says it has been delivered and you have not received it, please visit your local USPS store and inquire as to where your package is.  If you are unable to resolve the issue with USPS, please email us at support@busymomsboutique.com and we will work with you to find your package.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us immediately at support@busymomsboutique.com and include a photo of your damaged item, along with the order number, so we may assist you in resolving the situation.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please e-mail us at support@busymomsboutique.com with your order number and requested changes. Please note that if more than 48 hours has passed since you placed your order, it may have already shipped out.

Where are you located?

We are based out of our basement in Michigan!

How do I make sure I order the right size ring?

All our rings are whole sizes only. If you are uncertain of your ring size, we recommend measuring your finger at home. You can find instructions on how to do so here.
